Delivery and Payment


For your security and convenience, all payments are managed through PayPal and dispatched via Royal Mail Delivery or a reputable courier service.


You do not need to have a PayPal account.

At the checkout page, please make sure you select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and use either a credit / debit card or your bank account.

If you do have a PayPal account, you can of course pay via your PayPal account if you prefer.

Why do we use PayPal?

When you purchase a product from us, you can choose to pay with your credit / debit card or through a PayPal account.

Both types of transactions are handled through PayPal. We chose to use this method of payment as we do not need you to send us any of your credit / debit card details as these are collected by PayPal and not us.

This makes purchasing through us extremely secure as we do not hold any of your financial details. Your card details are processed by PayPal who offer some of the world’s best online security.


Our post & packaging charge:

Your orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Delivery or an alternative courier service at a cost of £2.95.

Even if you order multiple items, we will still only charge £2.95. This may mean additional items are dispatched for free!

Overseas orders may incur additional cost. Please contact us for a delivery charge if you reside outside of the UK. 

Unfortunately, due to UK Customs restrictions, we are unable to dispatch defence sprays overseas, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

We always ensure that items are packaged safely to protect the contents.

If your goods are not delivered within 7 working days from the time of order, please contact us.

DeliveryReturns Policy

If you need to return goods for any reason you will be liable for all postage costs including insurance.

Goods can be returned unused within 7 days of receipt. If you need to return any item you should contact us to receive a Returns Number.

Goods that are returned will be inspected for any sign of use, damage, misuse or neglect. If there is any doubt we reserve the right not to exchange or give a refund.

Refunds are always less any postage cost unless they are proved to be defective on delivery

Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card, less postage costs, less any credit card company fees or reasonable expenses incurred by us up to the point before the order is cancelled or a refund requested.

Customers are reminded that we are not liable for Returns that are lost or damaged in the Postal system.

Customers should always ensure that the appropriate level of insurance is purchased from the Royal Mail or their chosen postal method.
